The Code of Thought structure is as follows.

The entire document will consist of PARTS, divided further into TITLES, divided further into ARTICLES, subdivided into SECTIONS and further subdivided into SUB-SECTIONS.
§07.02
All PARTS, TITLES, and ARTICLES will have clear begin and end markers.

Document PARTS will be referred to in the upper left header of pages as well as a separate PARTS cover page signalling the beginning of the PART.
The end of a PART will be signaled by the beginning of a new PART.

Document TITLES will be referred to in the upper left header of pages as well as a separate TITLES cover page signalling the beginning of the TITLE.
The end of a TITLE will be signaled by the beginning of a new TITLE.

Document ARTICLES will always begin on a new page and clearly marked heading “ARTICLE”.
The end of an ARTICLE will be signaled by the beginning of a new ARTICLE page.

SECTIONS are referenced in the format X.0.0.0 ad infinitum.

SUB-SECTION are referenced in the format 0.X.X.X ad infinitum.
