Application for voting or participating membership is open to any individual that agrees or supports PART 0I - TITLE A - ARTICLE 01.
Membership is granted after completion and receipt of a membership interest letter.
All members are granted upon a majority vote of Board of Researchers.
§02.02
Each member can appoint one voting representative or one editorial representative to cast a vote or perform an edit, in a meeting or during a revision of The Code of Thought.

Any member may resign by written notice.
Resignation may not relieve all previous duties.
A member can have their membership terminated by a majority vote of the Board of Researchers.

The Board of Researchers has the authority to establish and define non-voting categories of membership.

Regular meetings of the members are held; at a time and place designated by the chair of the Board of Researchers.

Annual meetings of the members are held; at a time, place and location of which will be designated by the chair of the Board of Researchers.
At the annual meeting members will elect directors and officers, receive reports on the activities of The Code of Thought and determine the direction of The Code of Thought for the coming year.
Notice of each meeting should be given to each voting member, not less than (days/weeks/months) prior to the meeting.

The members present at any properly announced meeting should Constitute a quorum.
All issues to be voted on should be decided by a simple majority of those present at the meeting in which the vote takes place.
