Purpose of The Code of Thought is:
To provide a clear, concise and definitive account of the rule of thought.
Have a well written, easily understood and organized account of better ways to think as well as worse ways to think.
A tool for learning or an authority on what ought to count as "proper"or "good" thought.
Education, application and pragmatic utility.

Any and all procedures for altering this document is to follow the rules set out in PART 0I - TITLE B.
This includes, but not limited to:
Disagreements
Revisions
Any format or textual changes
§1.02
§1.02.1
The name of this reference shall be "The Code of Thought".
It shall be a reference organization that researches, compiles and publishes rules or laws that govern thinking.
§1.03
§1.03.1
The Code of Thought may have its name changed by vote of a majority of the Board of Researchers.
Any name change shall be done according to PART 01 - TITLE A - ARTICLE 01 - §1.03, PART 0I – TITLE B and this change be reflected in this amendment.
